JOB RESPONSIBILITIES for Manufacturing Manager

Incorporates organization-wide operational safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and cost control policies and programs into manufacturing processes. Monitors production metrics, responds to and resolves problems. Assists with planning and directing an efficient layout of equipment and flow of materials. Collaborates with leaders to manage and resolve workforce or labor issues and develop solutions.
